HOW DO I LOCATE THE READER I NEED? Go to the Search for Course Readers page and enter your search criteria in the search box in the upper right hand corner.  You can enter instructor name, course title or number, or reader title.  Alternatively, you can select the school listing under the search box and get a listing of all readers available on-line for that particular school.

HOW DO I PURCHASE MY READER? Once you find the reader you want hit the Buy Now button.  You will be directed to an information page which will tell you where the pickup point for that product is and how much the shipping option will cost.  You will need to register the first time you use the shopping cart.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE? Cut off time for orders is 5pm.  Your reader will be available on the following business day .  If you order before 5pm on a Friday, you can get your reader the following Monday.  If you order before 5pm on Tuesday, you can get it on Wednesday.

WHERE CAN I PICK IT UP? Pick up location depends on the reader. UC Berkeley  and most other school readers are available at 2560 Bancroft in Berkeley.  Most JFK readers are to be picked up at 100 Ellinwood Way in Pleasant Hill.  The A&C JFK readers are picked up on the Berkeley campus on San Pablo Ave.  The specific location for the reader you are ordering will be on the confirmation email you get for your order as well as an info page you will be directed to when you are purchasing your item.

WHAT DOCUMENTATION DO I NEED TO PICK UP MY READER? Just bring in your picture i.d. and a copy of the confirmation email you get when you placed the order.  If you did not get a confirmation email please contact Gary at weborders@copycentral.com .

WHAT IF I WANT TO PICK IT UP SOMEWHERE ELSE? Special requests will be considered on an individual basis.  Just email to weborders@copycentral.com  after you place the order.  BE SURE YOU SELECT THE PICK UP OPTION.  In the email you can request the reader be made available at an alternative location.  We will make every effort to accomodate special requests but we cannot gaurantee that we can satisfy any request.  You will be notified by email as to the outcome of your request.

WHAT IF I DON'T RECEIVE THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL? Please email weborders@copycentral.com and describe the difficulty you are having with the web process.  We will do our best to promptly resolve the issue and get you the product you need without delay.

DO YOU DELIVER? On request, readers will be shipped on the normal due day via UPS ground.  You must select the shipping option when you check out an purchase the reader.

CAN YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? Yes!  Rates by UPS or Fedex are pretty high so we offer a ship via mail option. You may select and pay for international shipping by selecting that product in the zShipping category in addition to ordering your reader.  The base rate is $50 and will cover most international destinations and mail runs between 4 and 7 working days. You can also make a special request via email to weborders@copycentral.com with specific information, such as delivery address, credit card info, and your contact details.
